Highly recommend!! I started with chiropractic care plus functional fitness and, honestly, I have never felt better about myself. Fitness has always been a struggle to stick with and now it is something that is truly a part of me and my daily life. The holistic and honest approach to what is going to be best for me is unmatched with Dr Patrick! So grateful for The Movement Lab!

These visits have truly made such a difference, even from the first visit and eval. Dr Patrick and his team take such good care of me each visit. I’ve already referred close friends and they have found the same experience.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Movement! I came in around February/March with excruciating neck and head pain that I had gone everywhere to figure out what was wrong and nobody could tell me, so I was figured I was stuck with it. Dr. Kelsey figured it out very quickly and now 2 months later it’s GONE! Everyone here is so nice! I definitely recommend Movement for anyone looking for pain management/help/recovery or anything in between!!

Why it keeps coming back

Relief is temporary. Treatment is the point.

How We Work – Treating The Cause

A full-body movement screen to find the actual driver

Nervous system, gait, and structural testing — not guesswork

Treatment applied during the visit to confirm what changes your symptoms

A plain explanation of what's happening and why

Corrective exercise so the fix holds once you leave

A defined plan with a reassessment and an endpoint

Chasing relief

What you've probably had before

Treatment aimed at the spot that hurts

The same adjustment every visit, regardless of what changed

Ten minutes on a table, then out the door

No explanation of why it started

Feels better for days, then returns

An open-ended schedule with no finish line

Most pain care chases the symptom. You feel better for a few days, then you’re back. We’re after the thing underneath it — which is often nowhere near where you feel the pain.

What it costs

We put pricing on the page because you shouldn’t have to sit through a visit to find out. No packages pitched at the door, no surprises.

Step One

Wellness Consultation

Free

About 30 minutes. No obligation.

  • One-on-one with a Doctor of Chiropractic
  • Full history and goals review
  • Movement screen
  • A clear recommendation for next steps

A $25 deposit holds your appointment. We’ll take it over the phone when we call to schedule. It goes toward your assessment if you move forward, comes back to you if you decide not to continue, and is only kept if you cancel inside 24 hours or don’t show.

Step two — if you choose to continue

Assessment or Evaluation

$225 or $295

Where treatment begins.

  • Full-body evaluation and red flag screening
  • Nervous system and structural testing
  • Gait analysis and full movement screen
  • Treatment applied to identify what changes symptoms
  • Personalized take-home exercises

Which one we recommend depends on what we find. Most people are well served by an assessment. If you’re in acute pain or having a flare-up, an evaluation gives us more time and goes deeper — we’ll explain why before you book anything.

We’re a cash-based practice. We don’t bill insurance or Medicare — which means your care is decided by what you need, not by what a plan will authorize. Most clients complete their initial course of care in around eight sessions, and we reassess before recommending anything beyond that.

Your first visit

What happens at your consultation

01

We listen first

Your history, what you’ve already tried, what made it better or worse, and what you actually want to get back to doing.

02

We watch you move

A movement screen that shows how your body is compensating — usually the part nobody has looked at before.

03

We explain what we see

In plain language. What’s likely driving the pain, why it hasn’t resolved on its own, and whether we’re the right people to help.

04

We recommend a next step

The assessment best suited to what we found — or an honest referral elsewhere if that serves you better.

Before You Book

Questions People Ask

No. The consultation is free and there’s no obligation to continue. If we don’t think we’re the right fit for what you’re dealing with, we’ll tell you and point you toward someone who is.

We’ll recommend either an assessment ($225) or a more in-depth evaluation ($295), depending on what we find. Both are separate visits where treatment begins. Afterward we walk you through what we found, what’s causing it, how long it should take, and what care would cost. Then you decide.

That describes a lot of the people who come to us. Usually the care addressed where the pain was rather than what was causing it, so relief didn’t hold. The whole point of the first visit is finding that driver.

No. Adjustments are one tool among several. Plenty of our clients get them, plenty don’t. It comes down to what your body needs and what you’re comfortable with — we’ll talk it through before anything happens.

Loose, athletic clothing you can move in. We’ll be watching how you move, so jeans and dress shoes make that harder.

Ready to find out what's actually causing it?

One conversation, one movement screen, and a straight answer about whether we can help. No cost, no obligation.
