Six weeks isn't a finish line. Nobody checked if you healed.
Your back aches by mid-afternoon. Your core doesn’t hold the way it used to. Your hips feel like they belong to someone else. You were told it would settle down on its own — and it hasn’t.
- One-on-one with a Doctor of Chiropractic, start to finish
- We look at how your whole body is compensating, not just where it hurts
- You leave knowing what’s going on and what it takes to fix it
- We accept both HSA and FSA

Don't Take Our Word For It
Real stories from real people who’ve transformed their lives
Why it hasn't resolved
“Give it time” isn’t a plan.
How We Work – Finding Out What’s Actually Going On
A full-body movement screen — core, pelvis, hips, and how they work together
Screening for red flags, with referral if something needs another provider
A plain explanation of what changed and why it hasn't settled
Treatment applied during the visit to see what actually changes your symptoms
Corrective exercise that rebuilds in the right order
A defined plan with a reassessment and an endpoint
What you’ve probably been told
The standard advice
"You're cleared at six weeks — you're fine"
A quick check with no look at how you move
Generic core exercises from an app or a video
"It's normal after a baby" with no explanation why
Told to wait it out, with no timeline for what better looks like
Back to full workouts with no rebuild in between
Pregnancy changed how your body carries load, and birth changed it again. Those changes don’t reverse on a schedule. Without someone actually looking at how you’re moving now, the compensations just become permanent.
Your first visit
What happens at your consultation
01
We listen first
Your pregnancy, your birth, your recovery so far, and what isn’t feeling right. Including the things people usually don’t ask about.
02
We watch you move
A movement screen showing how your body is compensating now — usually the part nobody has looked at since before the baby.
03
We explain what we see
In plain language. What changed, why it hasn’t resolved on its own, and whether we’re the right people to help.
04
We recommend a next step
The assessment best suited to what we found — or an honest referral elsewhere if that serves you better.
What it costs
We put pricing on the page because you shouldn’t have to sit through a visit to find out. No packages pitched at the door, no surprises.

Which one we recommend depends on what we find. Most people are well served by an assessment. If you’re in acute pain or having a flare-up, an evaluation gives us more time and goes deeper — we’ll explain why before you book anything.
We’re a cash-based practice. We don’t bill insurance or Medicare — which means your care is decided by what you need, not by what a plan will authorize. Most clients complete their initial course of care in around eight sessions, and we reassess before recommending anything beyond that.
Before You Book
Questions People Ask
Is it too late? My youngest is three.
No. We regularly see women years after giving birth. Your body doesn’t have a deadline on this, and the compensations that started during pregnancy don’t expire either — which is usually why the pain is still there.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes. Tell us when you book so we can plan the room. Plenty of our clients bring little ones along.
Do I need to be cleared by my OB first?
If you’re in the first few months postpartum, we’d want to know where you’re at with your provider before doing anything hands-on. Bring it up at the consultation and we’ll talk it through — and if something needs your OB or a pelvic floor specialist, we’ll say so.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. The consultation is free and there’s no obligation to continue. If we don’t think we’re the right fit for what you’re dealing with, we’ll tell you and point you toward someone who is.
What happens after the consultation?
We’ll recommend either an assessment ($225) or a more in-depth evaluation ($295), depending on what we find. Both are separate visits where treatment begins. Afterward we walk you through what we found, what’s causing it, how long it should take, and what care would cost. Then you decide.
What should I wear?
Loose, athletic clothing you can move in. We’ll be watching how you move, so jeans make that harder.
Find out what your body actually needs.
One conversation, one movement screen, and a straight answer about whether we can help. No cost, no obligation.
